MSRA Pro was founded by a UK doctor and current neurosurgery trainee with first-hand experience of the MSRA and the specialty recruitment process.

After achieving an exceptional score in the MSRA, it became clear how powerful structured, high-yield preparation could be — and how limited the available resources were. MSRA Pro was created to fill that gap: a focused, clinician-led platform built to help doctors optimise their preparation, boost their scores, and secure competitive training posts.

Founder’s Note

My name is Hajira Haider, a UK doctor and current Neurosurgery ST2 trainee with a background in Medical Education.

I founded MSRA Pro after achieving an exceptional score in the MSRA exam and recognising a clear gap in the quality and structure of available revision resources. Like many doctors, I was juggling clinical responsibilities and needed a resource that was not only efficient but also aligned with the real demands of the exam.

What I couldn’t find — a focused, clinically relevant, and high-yield revision platform — I decided to build.
